Health care visa ILR

Hello, I have been working directly in the NHS as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) under a health care visa in band 3 for the past three years. With the new proposal regarding the ILR timeline, will I be exempt from this requirement since we are public servants and frontline workers? However, upon reviewing the document, I noticed that there is no exemption for medium skilled workers, and I am classified as a medium skilled worker under SOC 6131. I consulted with one of my solicitors, and he mentioned that I am exempt. I would appreciate your assistance as I am feeling a bit confused.
