Private Company Parking Charge Notices Impact on ILR application

Hi All,
I received a couple of private company parking charge notices over the past 2 weeks. I selected the wrong parking location and resulted in 2 parking charge notices. Do private parking charge notices have to be disclosed during ILR application?
I can see that FPNs need to be disclosed and there is mixed responses for council issued PCNs. Not sure if these private parking charge notices even need to be disclosed.
Thanks

No need to mention.
These are like invoices for using private property.

The PCN abbreviation is deliberately confusing
When you get a PCN from council, it is called a
Penalty charge Notice for failing to obey the law on
public roads
A PCN is NOT issued under your name and you do not need to declare it. The non-payment of this PCN is an offence.
A private company PCN is simply called
Parking charge Notice (it is like an invoice for parking on private land)
You are not legally required to pay. This is like not paying an invoice.
It has no effect on your life. Non-payment of this is NOT an offence.

Thank you Zimba and alterhase58. Makes sense.
When you say Penalty Charge Notice is not issued in my name what does it mean? The PCNs are usually posted to the home address for like bus lane violation etc. Isn't that being issued under my name as the owner of the vehicle?

PCNs issued by the council are affixed to your car. There is no name on it.
On the other hand, private companies get your details from the DVLA and post the invoice to your home.
Again, a private parking charge invoice sent to you by a private company has NO relevance to your immigration at all. Ignore it
