Skilled Worker Visa to ILR related queries

Hello team,
My wife has come to the UK on skilled worker visa on 2021; now applying for her ILR using SET(O) form. I have few queries, if you could please assist us.
1. UK entry clearance says "Valid from - 05/Mar/2021", and she entered the UK on 12/Mar/2021. I believe we can use 05/Mar/2021 as start date for the qualifying period, considering this; Is 05/Feb/2026, the earliest date before we appear for biometric?
2. Her COS says 2139 as job code, can we use this code in the form, for Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) ?
3. Since, she has got her first COS before 4th April 2024, and held the same one since then; I believe, "Lower going rate" applies for her instead of "Standard rate"; as part of salary requirement.
4. She was on Maternity leave between Dec 2021 and Oct 2022. Does it impact anyway her eligibility for applying ILR?
5. We visited thrice to India, so employment letter needs to cover these absences?
6. We visited to Jersey(Crown Dependent) on 2021. Is it considered as Absence as well?
7. Do we not need to share any Home Office Reference Number?
