Cryptocurrency and ILR

Dear team,
I need help please regarding my ILR application.
I am a doctor working in the NHS, started my employment 5 years ago. I am on health and care worker visa which will expire in April 2027. I am eligible to apply for ILR coming week.
In August 2025, I received an account freezing order made by the police against my cryptocurrency account with a concern regarding a transaction I made. I have been in touch with the police since then to clarify the misunderstanding and resolve this issue.
The case is still in the investigation process; ie no court proceedings or any kind of escalation from the police.
My questions are:
1- Do I need to mention this investigation in my ILR application?
2- Where should I mention this if needed? I can’t find any section that fits this scenario given there’s no conviction/arrest/court judgement.
3- Will it affect my ILR application or good character?
