Hi guys.
Thanks for the all the help on this site. I specially liked the Days out the Country sheet. I posted my application today after taking a considerable amount of time to get it perfect, with contents, appendixes etc. On a side note, I believe that the more accurate, cognitive and "user friendly" your application is, the quicker the process will take. I could obviously be wrong, but if you make the life of your assessor easy it is better for everyone and they may be more inclined to get your application processed quickly. They only human after all. Anyway lets fine out. Will update as milestones are met.

Could you please share some information which help us applying ILR.
You mentioned that you were self employed. did you send or did home office request SA 302.

Do you have any differences in SA302 when you aplyed initial tier 1 visa.

Raaji, Not sure I follow your question. I only filled in one form, for me and my dependent together.I think your wife can get onto your IRL with the same same form, though I am by no means and expert. You shouldn't need to send two applications. The only UKBA references I provided were my Biometrics Card #s for me and my dependent, so not sure what they want from you.

Hello Guys,

Thanks a lot for all the guidelines on the forum, here is a update from me.

Applied for ILR on Tier 1 Accelerated Route back in Sep 2015, but got rejected due to petty reasons like P46 or P45 not given for start date of employees, and balance sheet not initialised.

I applied for Extension ( due to quick processing on extension compared to ILR) on 4th Jan 2016, and got the approval for extension yesterday.

I did achieved a turnover of 5 Million+, and all the documents were submitted along with the extension application.

Now, i wish to apply for ILR immediately and not wait for 2 years for the ILR, as i do qualify for Accelerated route as well.

My question is, what all documents i need to submit again or i can use the reference of documents already submitted on behalf of which Extension is granted.,

Your response will be appreciated.

Hi I (main applicant ) applied through postal application tier1 to ILR on 13/10/2015 with one dependent
Last week on 26/01 my dependent got BRP with approval letter of ILR and her passport .
But I being a mian applicant did not received any thing no BRP , or any approval even not single supporting document.when I call today ukvi they said ur application is still under consideration .

My question is this mean my application has been approved as my dependent got approval letter with BRP on 26/01 ?
Any know any thing about it ...?

Thankx
