Thanks Dhillu.

I am surprised at the delay that HO doing these days. Not sure if this is to do further checks or just delay due to regular turnover.

Final Update

Application sent on 1st of Feb 2016 (Postal Application)

Received letter on 27th Aug asking why I have not added my kids (born in UK) to my ILR application.
Sent a letter back on 28th Aug mentioning that I will apply for them later through MN1.

Received final letter today along with other paper work i.e. 02-08-2016 that BRP will be sent in 7 to 10 working days.

Its been 6 months and 1 day for me from start to finish.

Case was solely based on PAYE no self employment through the entire process.

Regards,
Zeeshan

Afternoon Guys

Could anybody advise regarding BRP.
I have upgraded to Premiun and recived letter, but have not recieved BRP card.

Letter dated 16 June.
Wrote to report via website that card not delivered 3 times (30 june, 12 July, 20th July).
Got twice same reply:

We can confirm that the BRP has been produced recently and should be out for delivery within 10 working days. Deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm. Please note that on delivery the courier will require proof of identity (such as passport, driving licence or bank card) and a signature to confirm receipt of the package.

It is still not delivered! I phoned helpline but they said to go online and report online, or write to caseworker.
I did write to case worker, but still not good.

Most people recieve BRP card within few days.

Do you know where I can write a complain?

Hello everyone. Very pleased to share the good news. By the grace of God Almighty, I received confirmation of ILR on 6th of Aug. All original documents and photocopies were returned with confirmation letter, BRP cards to arrive by post in next 7 days. It took exactly 6 months to receive ILR.

Timeline:
===========================
T1-General ILR SET(O): main applicant + 1 dependant
Application posted: 06/02/2016
date received: 08/02/2016
Payment: by credit card
Payment taken: 09/02/2016
Biometrics letter received: 15/02/2016
Biometrics submitted: 03/03/2016
Acknowledgement emails: None received
Email from CW about children: 27/07/2016 (replied next day)
ILR confirmation received: 06/08/2016 (printed on 05/08/2016)

I got an email from CW last week about why I have not included my children in the application, I replied by email that I will apply for their British Citizenship through route MN1 as soon as my ILR is granted.

At time of application my amendment for 2010/11 was in process, which I had sent in Nov 2015. Despite chasing HMRC it was not processed by the given date of 29/01/2016. After the date passed, I made a complaint to HMRC because they did not process my amendment by the given date. It took a lot of effort to get the complaint registered with them. In last week of Feb, a lady from HMRC complaint team called me on my mobile and processed it while I was on the phone. She also confirmed to me that she has updated my SA302 of 2010/11 (which HMRC usually does not do for amendment older than 4 years). I then sent my SA302s to HO in first week of March but sent them to wrong address. When I realised I obtained another set of SA302 from HMRC and sent it to them around end of March. Surprisingly both sets were included in my original docs which I received back, which means both my posts got to the CW.

On main application, I had only a small amount of income from self-employed, rest was from PAYE. Before amendment I was below threshold by 2K. My Extension and ILR applications were fully on PAYE with the same company. Apart from the amendment of 2010/11 I had a strong case.

All the best to those who are still waiting. Good luck to you all!

Hi Omokohinde,

Even i think you should speak to the HO. It has been more than 6 months.
or if you had a solicitor, you can ask him to write a letter.

I know some people have been waiting since February. I did not see any march application outcomes, seems Shiv-singh is the first one.

The application was made in June and HO has scheduled the interview in August

Dear All,

I have got my ILR visa via postal service. I sent my application in the second week of April 2016 and my approval came within the first week of July 2016 (Sorry for late reply). It took good 2 months to get the approval. My biometric letter was arrived after 5 days of application.

I had PAYE + Self Assessments. I also amended my accounts for the previous years and they were amended before I got my ILR approval.

I should say these postal applications are very random. Few my friends have applied within the same period and they still have not got their decision yet.

Please let me know if I could be helpful for anyone if its in my capacity.

Good Luck to those who have applied for your visa.

Hi Dng_131

Congratulations on ilr. Could you please tell us if you had a FLR dependent associated with your applications.

I noticed only these kind of applications were processed early.

So i just called the HO customer care to get a status update. I was informed that "No decision has been made" and that i should get a letter advicing me that the application has passed service time.

Has anyone experienced this? what should be my next line of action?
