Separate SET(O) form for ILR for over 18 years dependant?

Hi All

I have a querry and probably someone would be able to advise me on this please.
I came to UK almost 47 months ago and my daughter came to UK 6 months after me. When my daughter first came to UK she was only 15 years and now she is over 18 years. For ILR we are going to apply in Decemebr 2009 but I understand that my spouse and children under 18 years could be included in my SET(O) form but not my daughter who is now over 18 years and she has to apply separately a SET(O) form.

My querry is whether she can apply on the same date I apply though she has not completed 4 years of stay in UK as she came 6 months later than me but she is totally dependant on parents? In other words wether she has to fulfill 4 years criteria for ILR under recent JR thoguh she came as a dependant? Or she can apply filling a separate SET(O) form on the same day I apply though she is less than 4 yrs in UK?

Can any of you please reply me as soon as possible.
Thank you all

Hey,

She would have to fill the separate set(o) form under the 'others category' and u can state the reason for applying in that section. She dont have to necessarily live here for the full duration as yours. And yes she can apply at the same time as yours, u can put her application in the same envelope with different covering letters. You can also get a letter from her employer if she is working or the letter from the University if she is studying(though not mandatory). 1 declaration letter from the main applicant that she is still dependant and that should be signed by the main applicant(mandatory).
I hope that would be helpful.

P.S- I Applied in the same category as yours daughter and confirmed the requirements with the UKBA advisor.
