I'd been married more about 6 years since 2001.I'd had a visa marriage in 2001,and visa wife in 2002.We'd been working together as art dealers here and Thailand. On and off here and there.
My husband'd like to stay in my country more after because his exgirlfriend made troubles for him.We went to my country. He came back to appear in court in 2003 because she sued him for money. Then after he decided not to live in England because of that reason.
My husband passed away because of the cancer in 2006.Before he died,I applied for a tourist visa since 2005 ;because I didn't know and I did consulted a consular in the British Embassy but he didn't give me the right answer. He told me it'd be alright no problem if I came here with the tourist visa.It actually made my life so difficult.I came back here in 2007 to try to claim his assets but my visa ran out so I went back. Now I'm here again but still waiting for the result.I applied the visa through an immigration advisor. He told me to apply for a breaved partner visa.I don't know whether I'll have any chance to get it or not? The problem is I need to fight with his ex-wife and his children because they went to my house in my country and stole all my private things which're belonged to me and my husband. They worth a lot of money.Mainly are antiques collection and my gewellry.
I really need help from someone who can help me over all my problems issue which I'm prepare to give 20% out of my assets which worth £ xx mil. Could you please advise and help me?Thank you. :(

Unfortunately, there are no provisions for you to enter/remain as a bereaved spouse.
