Hi ,

My husband is in UK from 2002 May and he got his ILR yesterday.I came to UK under Tier 1 on Sep 29th 2008 and working in UK.We both got married in 2000 and I was in India until sep 29th 2009.We have 8 years old daughter.

Can I apply ILR using SET(M) immediately or I have to wait until July 28th 2010 (28yrs before completing 2 years)?

Do I need to change my Tier 1 to my husband's dependent visa or can I stay in my Tier1 visa and apply ILR using my husband's ILR?

Could you please list the the timeline for your husband ILR visa, when did he apply and when did he recieve it? thanks alot

He came to UK in 2002 May (Work Permit)and applied his ILR in April 2006 by post.After 3 years he got his ILR yesterday.

are you saying that it took over 3 years for the HO to descide your husband case, was he overstaying in any time?
