Please assess my ILR eligibility ...

I would like to assess my chances of getting an ILR here. I think I tick all the boxes for ILR except for the time I should have spent in UK. In my first year, I had to go back to offshore to build my team and work there for about 5 months (136 days). In offshore, I continued to work for the same company and got my Indian salary paid for, during my stay. I returned to UK on the same work permit (I don't know whether it is relevant) and continued my work here. After that, my time in the UK has been reasonably okay.
The following table reflects the time I have spent outside UK.

2006 34
2007 47
2008 54
2009 17
Total 288
If year 2005 is ignored, I have been less than 6 months through out my stay in UK (152 days).
Experts please comment. Any help much appreciated.
