Hi Seniors ,

I am in a dilema ...

I am planning for my ILR in january 15th 2010 .

I came to uk in JAN 2005 on a wp of x company .

On April 6th 2006 i transfered my WP to y and got my wp FLR stamp on 6th april 2006 and left for INDIA on 13 th april 2006 and came back in 1 june 2006 .

Now the problem is the immigration stamp on my passport when i left uk and reached india (mumbai) ie 13 april 2006 just shows 2006 ...

13 and april is invisble but the stamp 1 jun 2006 @ heathrow is visible .

I have lost my old air tickets or any other proofs which shows i left uk on 13th ?

So the only proof to tell them that i was in uk is i got my FLR stamped on 6th april 2006 ........

what should i do now .....
Any guidance please ....Has anybody had such issues ..

ganesh

I don't think that this will be a problem. If your recall of the dates is accurate, then the UKBA can check the date you left the UK on their own system. Assuming a match, I don't think that you'll have too many problems.

I dont think it is an issue for you
if u get the ticket from travel agent try to get copy from him/ her
and if it was e-ticket check you mail , to be on the safe side
i got a feeling its not a big issue
good luck

Do they have a system to check arrival & exist dates? I doubt, the check is passport. Let me know your comments.

Yes - they keep a record of your travel in and out of the country over a certain period (at least 10 years).

That's interesting...
How do they track the date when you go out of country? There is no immigration check when you leave.. only other option is travel database of all passengers of all airlines.
