I came to Uk in July 2001, got WP in March 2005, wife joined me in 2007, switched to Tier 1 in 2008 and will qualify for ILR in March 2010.

Which docs would be sufficient to prove that my wife stayed with me since she joined me in the UK ?

Joint utility bills?

I am not sure if you need to do this.. check the documents required for dependents..

2) Passport size photos
3) Bank Statements - 10 months
4) Pay slips - 10 months
5) P60- 4 years
6) Tenancy agreement [ NOT MUST]
7) Utility bills (Water bill & gas bill - 3 bills & billed quarterly- 9 months)
Council tax bill [NOT MUST]
9) Employer letter
10) Child birth certificate [ IF YOU HAVE A BABY]
11) Passports
12) Life in The UK result
13) off course fee

Do these need to be on both of our names ?

you need to prove that for the past 2 yrs, you're wife was here right? so can accumulate a list...

as for the these bills - both can be in separate or joiny names

Ok but the question is , no where on the SET(O) form it is mentioned that I need to prove that my wife stayed with me for last two years, is it ?

It does not list anywhere that I need to provide these docs for my dependents applying with me, does it ?
