With the number of visas to be issued it usually takes 13 weeks for ILR to be issued.
If you look at other posts you can see timelines for ILR

Premium service is only available to those who pay the extra £200 for a same day service but this is only for simple cases. If your case is complicated then you will NOT get a same day service.
It will then turn into a postal case and then you are looking at 13+ weeks again

When you say 'civil partnership' do you mean you are the same gender as your partner?.

In which case there your application is likely to come under strict scrutiny as you were previously married. (opposite gender)

Hi Casa,
Thanks for info.We understand that. But when i have got my leave to remain it was given to me on the same day.And the embassy back home asked hundreds questions, but in The Uk they didn't asked me anything.
Do you know what kind of scrutiny i will go through?? may be it stupid question but does home office pay visits to the place where the couple live??
Thanks a lot

Wanderer has probably wandered off now...so I'll try to respond in his absence.
The checks are likely to be made in order to confirm that your relationship is genuine and that you do actually live together in a relationship 'akin to marriage'.
They can check the address but they may also request an interview with you both.
