Hi ,

I entered UK under HSMP through following process:
1) I applied for HSMP in Feb 2006. And then got HSMP approval letter dated 23 Feb 2006.
2) Applied for Entry clearance in April 16th 2006 and 20th April 2006 for two years Ending April 2008.
3) Entered UK based on above entry clearance in Jun 10 2006.
4) In March 2008 applied for FLR and got visa till 20th April 2011.
5) We were blessed with a baby girl born in UK on 10th Dec 2009.

I have following questions:

A) What is the earliest date I can apply for ILR? should it be April 20th 2010 or should it be Jun 10th 2010? Also I think I am classified as a "Migrant covered by the 6 April 2009 judgment in the judicial review brought by the HSMP Forum Ltd." am I right?

B) Should we need to get the visa (Entry Clearance) for the baby before we apply for ILR? I think we can apply for baby's visa within out ILR application. we would just need her passport but need confirmation from credible source.

C) Can you please provide me with a contact number or email address where I can put questions?

Your earliest date is June 2006 (4 years from first entry date to UK for HSMP JR cases).

B) Should we need to get the visa (Entry Clearance) for the baby before we apply for ILR? I think we can apply for baby's visa within out ILR application. we would just need her passport but need confirmation from credible source.

If you are going to travel before June 2010,then you need to apply for FLR for your baby. If not, you can wait until the date of your ILR application, and include the baby as dependant.

You need form SET(O).

hi guys, i m completing my five years in uk on 2 mar 2010 and i m on workpermit. when can i book an appointment for ILR visa . is this need to be done after completion of 5 years or before that as well.

You can book your appointments on or after 2Feb i.e. 28 days before 2nd March 2010.
