Hi Guys,
My application for ILR was submitted in person. Do to their system being down, my solicitor was advised to wait for the decision to be made via postal process. It has been nearly 16 weeks, but no joy yet. Every time i ring them, same old answer, "please continue to wait!"
Don't know what to do?
Any suggestions please.
thanks.

You have to see him in the office and discuss your issue with him personally rather than writing him.are sure he recived your letter?
Well Home office will send your ILR very soon. i AM VERY SURE
