UKBA donot confirm my online booking

I just made the booking for ILR application (Premium services) online
Now when i login again,
UKBA online system confirm my appointment
but when i called UKBA to confirm my booking,
i was told that they cant see my appointment on the system and
she further said i donot how this online system works

Kindly advise

dont worry - it should bot be a problem. i didn't confirm my appointment by phone - but if you were to do it, it should be with the PEO where you have the appt. their phone no. might be different - chk if you can find their number...
