Hi,
I have a ILR Query :Iam on Tier 1 Visa & Expires in 2011 april.
My breakdown for WP+HSMP + Tier 1 :
WORK PERMIT - Issued FEB 2006 In India cameto UK ON JUNE 17TH 2006
HSMP - APRIL 02 2007 - APRIL 2009
Currently on Tier 1 - APRIL 2009 - APRIL 2012

My question is :
Am i eligible to apply for ILR under Judicial Review as my workpermit was issued in Feb 2006 came to UK IN JUNE 2006 .
I also want to know that in a year 90 days u can be out of Country to apply for ILR.In other words is it 450 days for whole 5 years .

WP is not included in the JR so you will have to wait for 5 years for ILR.
