ILR: Maiden name and Married name

Hello! Just trying to get a straight answer on this, as I've spoken to solicitors who have all told me different things!
My passport is in my maiden name, as is my FLR.
All of my supporting documents (bank statements, council tax, etc.) are in my married name.
Will I be able to get ILR in my maiden name, or do I need to get a new passport?
Thanks ahead of time for any help!

You will be fine. I am sure you will submit Marriage Certificate along with your application.
