Hi,

my sister is a hsmp dependant in U.K. Her husband is due to apply for P.R. this month.

Due to their troubled relationship, he is now not wanting to file for her P.R. He only wants to file for his own P.R.

Does she have the right to file for her own P.R.

What is the criteria for her to apply for P.R. on her own.

Can she apply for P.R. at all?

Hi,
As long as your aunt came to this country as a dependant of HSMP holder, she has to apply for ILR under the HSMP holder. Any other means to be taken will lead to her application being refused. QED!

There is none, because dependents cannot apply fr ILR n their own right.

Only as a HSMP dependent.
