I am going to apply for ILR under HSMP (JR). My question is there is any specific minimum amount that I need to show for myself and my one dependent.

No. There is no min. balance requirement for ILR.
but you need to provide sufficient proof that you are economically active (salary slips,P60) and you would be required for employment by your current employer.
