ILR SET O query related to dependent

Hello all,
me and my husband are both of hsmp. my husband lost his job last year due to recession and I am still employed. He is eligible for ILR as he has completed the hsmp period. We both want to apply for ILR with me as his dependent.
Is it possible to apply for ILR with me as his dependant and also earning for family (for two of us)?
please let me know asap.
