Hi there,
I entered to the UK on 15th Dec.09 under "SPOUSE SETTLMENT (KOL REQ) that will expire on May 2011, however I have passed the KOL test today and wondering when I can apply for the ILR, in fact I heared that I can apply immediatly but when I checked the related topics in the boarder agency I found I have to comply with the residency period of 2-years.
Can any one clear this for me please and for your information I've been married from a British citizen cince 7-years ago with a child holding British passport since 3.5 years.

For the category that you came under you do not need to wait for 2 years. I believe once you have passed your KOL test you should be able to apply immediately. I am not sure how though.
