Payment detail

Can i ask regarding about ILR form. The 2nd page ask you to fill in payment detail, if you are attending the appointment in person do you still need to fill in this section? i thought payment for appointment is made through the card machine?

Yes you have to complete this part.
You can pay visa card or case as well.
I did not remember cash machine...
