Can discretion be applied in my case?

Let me remind I had 14 years long residency where the "continuity broke" at once. I am sure my clock had stopped because I spent 9 months outside UK at once but then there are solid reasons for this which can be found in my previous post.
My question is that do I have exacerbating compassionate grounds? Can discretion be applied in my case.
I don't know how strong is my case?

You should not make multiple threads for your questions.People will lose the continuity
