When I checked online for appointments, SET(O) now appear to have two options:

SET(O) Long residency
SET(O) excluding long residency

What do they mean, which is ILR in this?

Both are ILR - one for ILR on account of long residency (10 years+) and another for all other reasons (HSMP, WP, Tiers, etc). As far as I remember PEOs don't process long residency ILRs - so selecting this option will probably advice people to apply by post.
