I CAME TO UK 2000 15 JUL WITH TOURIST VISA THEN STUDIES 5 MONTHS WENT TO SRILANKA ON 05/01/2001 . APPLIED FOR STUDENT VISA CAME BACK ON 15 JUNE 2001 SINCE THEN IM STUDENT IN UK MY STUDENT VISA EXPIRS ON 31 2010 ...
1. CAN APPLY FOR 10 YEARS IN MAY LONG RESIDENCE VISA
2 OR DO I NEED TO STAY 2011 TO GET MY ILR

PLEASE ANYONE HELP ME .................
