Please can some one send me the format used by ppl for shwoing the dates away from UK for ILR

I am unable to mention all in the form and need additinal sheet

Create an excel sheet with 3 columns and give each colum the same heading - Date left the UK, Date returned to the UK and Reason for absence. Use "Additional Sheet - Section 6.2" as worksheet header.

Fill it up (on computer) and print. Or print and fill it up in ink.
