Wanted to ask a question. There is no section on the ILR (Set M) form that asks details about how long my wife has spent out of the UK. Should we state on a letter the reasons for our abscences from the uk, (holiday etc)??

Not sure though, but if the SET (M) form doesn't ask for details of absences from the applicant then it should (logically) mean that absences do not affect the outcome of the application.
