Dear all/seniors

I have had a speeding tick back in 2008yr for which i got fixed penalty with 3points on my license and paid £60.
Now am applying for my ILR, if i disclose this infermation on section 7 (set-0) As it askes including traffic offence, will this be affecting my ILR decission? what should i do now?please advise me
