Please could someone clarify whether 2years on Post Study Visa be valid for 10 year continuous leave Long Residence Category ILR if you have 8 years on a student visa?

It says on the application form that PSW will not allow you to settle on ILR.

Many thanks

Unfortunately it has not been answered yet accurately. The Home Office site insists that PSW category does not leave to ILR?

Therefore please someone provide some evidence in support of PSW validity for ILR?

It is valid for 10 years legal stay if you are not convinced then I suggest you search for the evidence yourself. The truth is out there and we are not unpaid researchers for people that can't be bothered.
