PEO inperson appointment - online system

Hi ,

I have a query if somebody can answer.
I already booked a telephonic appointment last week in Cardiff PEO for 1st march at 10 Am. As soon as I put down the phone after confirming the appointment, I got a reference number from gentleman over phone and also got a message on my mobile - with reference number for the confirmation of cardiff appointment.

Today I managed to book an online appointment in Croydon PEO office ( which is near to me and i prefer that as i stay in london). But online system did not gave me any reference number - or any ref no in a message was not sent to my mobile, and also no mails came,
It just says in confirmation window my transaction ID and reference ID ( which I first reveivved in mail - when i registered my details online ).
So is this normal , and i should not expect any other message or mail confirming my appointment , and I just need to carry that confirmation email print out at PEO office ?

I wanted to cancel my PEO cardiff appointment only after i confirm the Croydon appointment ( may be on phone ) . Please advice.

You should get a confirmation email with a ref number, don't know how long this takes, but if I were you I'd wait until receipt of this confirmation b4 cancelling your Cardiff appointment.
You could also call the HO and explain the situation, they should be able to sort you out over the phone

I am not sure that you will get any confirmation email from UKBA.
I have just done my online booking and taken 3 different appointments (separate ones for dependents over 18 ) but I havent got any email.
Perhaps it may come in a day.

I can go back to the online system and it gives me a confirmation letter to print out, which seems okay to me. I believe the PEO ask for this confirmation letter.

I am also surprised that you were able to book two separate appointments. Would the online system not pick up your previous appointment?

Best Regards
