ILR and Payslips

Post by john10000s » Mon Mar 01, 2010 1:03 pm

I'm trying to apply for ILR Same day Service. Only thing worrying is
the payslip. Last 2 payslips hasn't mentioned enough funds as my
wages to be. Will that be a problem?

or shall I just show them the bank statements alone?

please advice

yes that will be a problem. You need to show them your bank statements and pay slips.

Hi,

I thought as per the guidance notes you will have to either show Bank statements or pay slips but not both..

I am not sure if your problem is less fund or something coz there will be same amount in your Bank statement also..

I got my Set (o) ILR today at croydon,

And from my experience , I can tell you, case worker will see the bank statements AND the salary slips.
In my case she even matched the two .

so those are the REQUIRED documents.

The amount is less, as I'm getting paid less in last 2 months and I'm under Tier2 WP.

So I preferred to submit only the Bank Statements...

For Tier 2 / WP you do not actually need to supply payslips. you need letter from employer showing employment is continuing
Have a look at the form 'Set O'

John,
As far as i know "enough funds" has no relation with ILR. All they need to see if you are in employment and getting paid. They are not bothered how much are u getting paid. Employer letter showing continuity of employment should be suffice. Take the payslip and bank statements both , it should be ok.
Good luck
