Dear members

I am about to apply my ILR

i got one question

1) i stayed out of UK nearly 233 days in four years (exceeded 180 days). It was business trip i have my own ltd company since i am on HSMP.

i come under J R

what are the chances on getting ILR for people who exceeded 180 days rule.

If you feel yes for 180 days what documents do i need to provide for business trip

Many Thanks

Almost certain if you can provide documentary evidence to support your claim of business related absences and fulfil all other requirements.

Letters from employer / clients (as the case maybe) confirming your presence at their offices (outside UK) on specific dates/periods.
