help please her

My friend's friend was arrested by police then charged and her case was discontinue in the court by prosecuter. ( No sentence No fine )

she is applying for ILR in few weeks , is it straight forward case to apply at PEO or she should sent her documentation by post for her ILR.

please advice and any good suggestions ???

If she has no criminal convictions and no pending prosecutions, there is nothing to mention on that part of the application form, so no reason not to apply in person at a PEO.

being arrested is no big thing since you can be dearrested moments later if the police choose.
Conviction is the real biggie, you are looking at a whole lot of trouble in the future if you are arrested and convicted.
Don't worry as they are talking about convictions on the form and since there was no conviction don't mention it

please help her to answer these questions

I am bit confused now .she was arrested but not charged so no crimnal conviction .section 8 on set (m) form , so she will x the boxes of crimnal convictions and charges but where it says have you ever been engaged with any activities may be indicate that may be you are not person of good chracacter....does she have to tick that box and provide paper work about arrets and solicitor letter to say case been discontinue or she doesn't need to mantioned anything.

please help her

Will This effect on her ILR if she mantion everthing on sepreat sheet or produce charged sheet from police and case discontinue letter from her solicitor. she is just confused and don't want to get trouble of anything , what happened if she doesn't mantion but if they find out from police record .............. she is working have house etc , just this case thing worried about
