Please
don't make
multiple posts on the
same topic.
First you need to become settled in the UK (i.e.- be granted ILR). Only then you may apply for naturalisation (citizenship) - and that too after spending a specified time period as a settled person.

Hi,
I had hearing today in tribunal...let me explain first
i had failed to get 10 point in Tribunal first time and I was on reconsideration.
I passed recondiseration and back to Tribunal again on 9th March.
I have my lawyer with me and I noticed that my lawyer's answer and responses were not enough. I was not satisfy what he has done in the court room. ( Now, I am waiting for descission from Judge, I dont know how long they gonna take..)
If I faliure again from second Tribunal hearing, what should I do.. ??
Is there way to High Court?? I can not afford to pay any more to go for further state..
Please advice me,

To reiterate previous advice, you can't get citizenship without first gaining settlement (indefinite leave to remain - ILR). If you are deemed 10 years legal by the court you may be eligible to apply for this. After gaining this and a specified time you will be eligible to apply for citizenship.
You are not currently eligible for citizenship. If you are not deemed 10 years legal by the court you are not eligible for both ILR nor citizenship.
Everyone here, on this board, that have been here for 10 years aren't eligible for citizenship. They are here because they are applying for settlement.
You have a lawyer, why not ask them?

I'm not confused and understood your question. Don't be so patronising. I was replying to your question about gaining citizenship after 10 years legal stay.
I do see you asked another question which I didn't respond to because I don't know the answer.
Ask your lawyer for advice that's what your paying him for. But reading your post it appears your lawyer doesn't understand you either.

Even if you are on Tier 4 (or applying for leave to remain as a Tier 4 student), the rule remains the same - you need to be granted settled status in the UK before you can apply for citizenship.
