Hi,
My application for ILR has been approved today by Croydon PEO. I would like to thank all the people who have contributed to this forum as the information on this forum helped me put together my ILR application pack.
I entered UK on 02-April-2006 on HSMP visa and got an extension for 4 years in 2007(1+4 category).
I worked as a permanent employee for the first year, after which I started my own limited company and have been Director of my company since then. My earnings now are a combination of salary and dividends, paid on a quarterly basis.
I submitted my ILR application under "HSMP JR" category on 09-Mar-2010 using the same day service, with the following supporting documents.

• Initial HSMP approval letter and extension letter
• Letters from Accountant detailing my earnings and progress of my
business (format taken from HSMP forum)
• Sales Invoices raised by my Company for last 3 years
• P60s for last 3 yrs
• Self assessment tax returns and statement of accounts(can be
ordered by calling HMRC) for 2 years
• Corporation tax documents for 1 year with payment receipts from HMRC
• Recent VAT returns for last 3 quarters
• Dividend vouchers attested by the accountants
• Payslips for the last 4 yrs
• HSBC Business account statements from Sep-2007 to Feb-2010 as proof of invoice payments and progress of my business
• HSBC Personal account statements from Sep-2007 to Feb-2010 as proof of my earnings as director of a company
• NatWest Personal account statements from June-2006 to July-2007 as proof of my earnings as a permanent employee
• Employment letters and contract letters for last 4 years
• Absences from UK with entry details from IRIS.(Can be requested from IRIS team by sending an email to irisinfo@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk with your passport details used to register for IRIS)

I am sure the above list may or may not be exhaustive but it helped me in my ILR approval. So please make sure you carry as much documentation(relevant to your business) as you possibly can.

Regards
Sami

Hi Sami,

Thats a quite useful information. However, I have a query

You mentioned about submitting the corporation tax receipts from HMRC. I have paid the corporation tax for the last year, but haven't received any receipts from HMRC. How did you get those receipts. Have you requested them specifically?

Appreciate your response on this.
