Applying for ILR....2 kids from previous partner!

I am due to apply for my ILR in 2 weeks....(2 yrs spouse visa).
I am quite in a dilema at the moment on what to do......Before i got married in 2008,i had 2 girls from my former partner(6 & 3yrs)..but because of one reason or the other,we broke up and i have been taking care of their child support ever since.
What i want to find out now is;Can i include them in my applications for my ILR now,or wait until i am given then i REGISTER them for citizenship since they were both born in the UK.
Pls helpful advice will be highly appreciated...Thanks
