ILR Question

Dear,
My HSMP Application was made before 03rd April 2006 and I received the Approval on 13th March 2006. My VISA was stamped in May and I entered UK for the first time on 05th June 2006. My query is -
(1). Do I qualify for applying for ILR after 4 years under the HSMP JR - even if I entered UK in June 2006 , but my HSMP Approval letter is dated 13th March.
(2). If the answer to the above question is YES, then can I apply for ILR 28 days in advance of 05th June 2010 OR even book an appointment 28 days ahead of 05th June 2010 (05th June 2006 is the date when I first entered UK, so 05th june 2010 makes it all 4 years).
Please provide your expert views.
