Hi all,
I have enterd the UK nearly 10 years ago.Iwas a student for first 4years.
I then got married to en EEAnational and was granted the 5year residence card.My marriage broke down close to the time I had to apply for ILR and ended up applying whilst going through divorce. My ex refused to help me.Home office refused my application on the grounds of failing to provide evidence of my ex husband working. I have been given the right to appeal and awaiting for a date.
I wanted some advice what my chances are. and how many times will i be able to appeal ?
Thank you

I was refused my ILR for reasons that were beyond me (long story). I decided to write to the Home Office and asked/begged them to change their mind. And they did. So you could write a passionate letter them or you could involve a solicitor.

All the best

try posting your query in EEA Route as well, you might get more responses there.
