Dear All,

I need guidance as to when do I become eligible to apply for ILR.
I fall under the HSMP JR.

I was on WP and I had applied for HSMP while in UK.
Please ignore anything that is relevant to WP in this case.

Below are the relevant dates:
07/04/2006 - HSMP Approval Letter
17/04/2006 - Went to India for HSMP Entry Clearance Stamping
21/04/2006 - HSMP Visa Stamped (Valid From this date exactly for 2 years)
18/05/2006 - Came back to UK
Applied for extension under Tier 1 and got the visa as below.
21/05/2008 - 13/05/2011 - Tier 1 Visa.

Now my question is:
1. Do I become eligible for ILR application (Under the 4 year HSMP JR Rule) on the 21 Apr 2010 or on 18 May 2010?

Please do guide me and help me.

Thanks.

Using the 28 days rule, you could apply for ILR on the 20th of April anyway. My (HSMP ILR JR) ILR was backdated to the date of my approval letter rather than the date of first UK entry.
