Would appreciate if anyone can help with the following urgent query:

If the spouse of an HSMP (JR) is unable to atend a premium appointment - due to absence from the uk, what are the options?. Would he/she be regrded as an 18+ dependant and pay the full fees at a later appointment or are there other options.

Regards.

You will not be able to include her in your application if she is not in UK.
She will have to apply later, as spouse of a person with settlement/PR.
Best wishes
