Holiday booked will this affect my husband’s ILR when we a

Hi Guys,

My husband and I have a hols booked for Dec 2010 and hubby has to apply for ILR before end of Feb2011 its a 2 week hols and I just wondered if that would affect hubbys case??

Any advice welcome thanks :lol:

If he exceeds his 180 days absence from UK, yes it would. If not, then it doesnt matter.

Many thanks we have only had one hols since he came in 08 and that was 7 days.. thanks alot I start packing now 8)
