Dear Members

One of my friend has nearly completed his 5 years on employer work permit and thinking to apply for ILR soon, In my understanding he will need to use SET (0) form.

What about his wife, who came uk as his dependant about six months ago, which form she will need to fill in to apply for ILR.

In SET(O) there's a section for dependents, dependent details go in that...

SET(O) captures main and dependent details... No seperate forms required for wife....
