Hi all ,

Spouse visa issued on the 13th March 2009 expires 13 June 2011.
Arrived in UK on the 19th March 2009.
Holidays flew out of UK on the 31st January 2010 and arrived back in to UK on the 15th of Febraury 2010.

Question 1. When can we apply for our ILR?
Question 2. When can we get our Life in the UK test done?

Please advise.

Question 1: 28 days before 19th March 2011 (I think?)
Question 2 : Whenever you like. Would advise you get it out of the way early - then you can forget about it!

Question 1. When can we apply for our ILR? should not be more than 28 days before 19 March 2011 - this is the 2yr anniversary day when you came to the UK and had passport stamped upon entry. Question 2. When can we get our Life in the UK test done? Anytime from now but before you apply as it is required for your ILR application. test result has no expiration date
