Hi,
Does anyone know whether printouts of online statements e.g. bank, BT etc are accepted by the HO as a valid source of supporting documentation, given that in this day and age, the vast majority of services provide online billing?

You have to provide documents printed on official stationary. If it is online, make sure it is signed and stamped by your bank.
