Hi Guys
First of all a big thanks for the wonderful service you are providing to everyone.

Now I am really confused about applying for ILR.
Here is my Scenario.
July 2004 – Came to UK on Working Holiday Maker
24th Feb 2006 – Applied for HSMP Approval
1st March 2006 – Got HSMP Approval Letter
3rd May 2006 – Applied for HSMP VISA
23rd May 2006 – Got 2 Year HSMP
10th Jun 2008 – Got 3 Year Tier 1 Extension (I mentioned that i am affected by JR in the application form)

Got Married in Feb 2009 and My Wife joined me in March 2009 as Dependant.

Now I think both me and my wife are eligible for ILR after 4 years as I fall into the HSMP JR and i got HSMP approval letter before 8th May 2006. I am thinking of applying this month.
Would you kindly confirm this for me that i am eligible , or please let me know if I am assuming wrong.

Kind Regards

Kanwar

You are covered by HSMP JR (initial HSMP application submitted before 03Apr06). Therefore, both you and your wife are eligible for ILR at the same time.
