Hello,

I am applying for ILR under the HSMP JR category and am unsure about one thing.

I have not taken the Life in the UK test and neither has my wife.

According to the SET O guidance I do not need to take the test but does the same apply for my wife or will she need to take the test? I am including her as a dependent on my application.

Has anyone been in a similar position and can advise?

I am applying under the same category in June. didn't even think about if my dependant need to take the test. I think the same conditions apply to my dependants too. Look forward someone helping to confirm.
