ILR Application in Person

Hello!

I've just booked my wife into an interview for their faster processing (apply in person) service. This is for a Set(M) application for ILR. However, I was under the impression that both me (British husband) and my wife had to attend. At the end of the booking process it said only the registered people may attend the interview. As I was only asked to enter my wife's details, that's all I did.

Does that mean the British spouses are not usually required to attend these interviews?

Many thanks! 8)

It's not an interview, just an appointment for the applicant to submit his/her application in person and (in most cases) receive a decision on the same day.

Thank you :)

Any idea if I have to attend with my wife?

You either have to attend or provide a letter of support.

I did the same thing for my wife, booked the appointment with just her name, turned up at the PEO and was let in without issue with her.

If you can attend with your wife, I recommend that you do so. There is nothing extra that you have to do. The only details they need are hers.
