ILR - reg breaks

Hi,
I am eligible for PR - early 2011.
Have been seeing few posts regarding breaks during the 5 yr stay. I came in uk at early 2006 in wp, went back to my home country since the project came to an end and worked there for about 5 months, left at May 21 2007 and came back at Nov 13 2007. During this time my wp was still valid but was not in uk payroll.
mid 2008 i applied for tier1 and am now in tier1 visa.
Last year i went for paid vacation for 3 weeks. Do you think i can still apply for ILR with ref. to my first entry or shall i wait for 1 more year considering nov 13 2007?
