ILR - List of Documents to be attached

Hi All,
My appointment is on 8th June. Can anyone please confirm if the below are all the documents to be attached to the application or not
Correct Application Form
2 Photograhps each for me and my dependent
6 months bank statements
6 months pay slips
4 years of P60s
Employer Reference Letter detailing absences from UK and intention to retain me in employment
My and my dependent's Passport
Tenancy Agreement
my birth crtificate

On what basis are you applying ILR?

on the basis of HSMP judicial review. Came on HSMP but am on Tier 1 now.

Employer Reference Letter detailing absences from UK
If your absence is within 180 / 90 days, you do not require this letter
and intention to retain me in employment
You do not require this letter, WP holders only need this letter
Tenancy Agreement
my birth crtificate
You do not require
Also you need Marriage Certificate and HSMP approval letters
